Position: Pastry Chef (25162785)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a 5 star resort or high end restaurant
- Exceptional creativity and skill in pastry, baking, and dessert presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train the pastry team
- In depth knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage inventory, costing, and procurement for the pastry section
- Empowered to discover your own future in hospitality
