Position: Executive Sous Chef (25172719)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or senior Chef de Cuisine in a 5 star resort
- Strong operational leadership and administrative skills to support the Executive Chef
- Ability to oversee multiple culinary outlets and large scale banqueting
- Passionate about training, mentoring, and developing culinary talent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A leader who is purposeful and prioritizes team wellbeing
- Inspired by what’s possible in hospitality
