Position: Executive Sous Chef (25172719)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or senior Chef de Cuisine in a 5 star resort
• Strong operational leadership and administrative skills to support the Executive Chef
• Ability to oversee multiple culinary outlets and large scale banqueting
• Passionate about training, mentoring, and developing culinary talent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A leader who is purposeful and prioritizes team wellbeing
• Inspired by what’s possible in hospitality
