Position: Steward
Responsibilities:
- Operate the dishwashing machine and ensure all tableware is clean and sanitized.
- Assist in deep cleaning kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Properly store cleaned items and transport equipment as needed.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to resort protocols.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and waste disposal tasks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Steward or kitchen helper is an advantage.
- Willingness to perform physical labor and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow safety instructions regarding chemical use.
- Strong work ethic and reliability in team environment.
- Good time management skills to ensure fast turnaround of clean ware.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to support the busy resort operations in Anyer, Banten.
