Position: Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEO, SMO, and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Monitor and analyze performance marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) to optimize budget and ROI
- Manage the hotel’s website content and social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Lead the digital marketing team and collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Proven knowledge of website management, content creation and social media strategy (SEO, SMO, Google Tag, Google Ads Analytics, Meta Ads & TikTok Ads)
- Performance Marketing (CTR, CR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, CTA, CRM, CMS) proficiency
- Have strong leadership & decision making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
