Position: Commis All Day Dining
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items for the All Day Dining restaurant
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with HACCP standards
- Support the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff during service
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Proficient in basic kitchen operations and food safety (HACCP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about culinary arts and teamwork
