Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations including reception, concierge, and guest services
- Ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and guest handling
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure high satisfaction scores
- Train and motivate front office staff
- Manage departmental budget and resources
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Front Office Manager
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in PMS (e.g., Opera)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Guest-oriented mindset
