Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts
- Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff issues
- Ensure safety and security of the hotel premises
- Handle guest complaints and emergency situations
- Support other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in Front Office
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible to work night shifts and weekends
