Position: Guest Experience Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the guest experience team to ensure personalized service
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests
- Train staff on brand standards and guest interaction
- Handle complex guest inquiries and issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or front office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership potential and team-oriented
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with a passion for service
- Familiar with hotel systems
- Professional appearance
