Position: Mixologist
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high quality cocktails and beverages for guests
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Ensure consistent presentation and taste of all drinks served
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel
- Creative flair and passion for beverage creation
- Good knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Indonesian national only
