Position: F&B Host
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menus and answer initial guest inquiries
- Assist the service team during peak hours as needed
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area in the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar guest facing role
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Indonesian national only
