Position: Executive Assistant Manager
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations.
- Ensure operational standards are met across all departments.
- Lead and mentor department heads to achieve performance goals.
- Manage guest relations and ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
