Position: Steward
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
- Handle cleaning products and chemical supplies safely
- Assist with garbage disposal and recycling protocols
- Support the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of hotel stewarding, cleaning products, and chemical cleaning supplies
- Proven experience of one year in a similar position preferably at a luxury hotel
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and standing for long periods
