Position: Chief Steward
Responsibilities:
- Manage the stewarding department and operations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas
- Oversee inventory and maintenance of operating equipment
- Supervise and train stewarding staff
- Coordinate with the culinary team for efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chief Steward or similar role
- Knowledge of chemical handling and sanitation standards
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage a large team
- Detail-oriented and committed to hygiene excellence
