Position: Chief Steward
Responsibilities:
- Manage stewarding department operations and hygiene
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment
- Oversee inventory of operating equipment and chemicals
- Train and supervise stewarding staff
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chief Steward or Asst. Chief Steward
- Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and reliable
