Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Direct the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales conversion.
- Manage key corporate and travel agent accounts.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Assist the DOSM in strategy implementation.
Qualifications:
- Experience as Director of Sales or Assistant DOS in a luxury hotel.
- Strong network in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
