Position: Steward
Responsibilities:
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Clean and handle kitchen equipment, chinaware, and glassware responsibly
- Ensure waste disposal procedures follow hotel health and safety protocols
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining an organized inventory of utensils
- Perform regular cleaning of floors, walls, and storage areas in the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated and energetic person, good team player
- Applicants residing in Bojonegoro are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable, hard working, and have a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced kitchen environment
