Position: Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality is required
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Assistant FOM or Front Office Manager position
- Have operational knowledge of night audit, upselling, and forecasting
- Familiar with Power Pro system and possess strong financial awareness
- Demonstrate good leadership skills to manage and inspire the team
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Strong administrative skills and ability to handle complex guest interactions
