Position: Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality is required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as Assistant FOM or Front Office Manager position
  • Have operational knowledge of night audit, upselling, and forecasting
  • Familiar with Power Pro system and possess strong financial awareness
  • Demonstrate good leadership skills to manage and inspire the team
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to handle complex guest interactions
