Qualifications:
- Job ID: 25163074
- Previous experience managing a premium or fine-dining Chinese restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary culture and service etiquette
- Strong guest relations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage staff and floor operations
- Proficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant advantage
- High standards of professional grooming and presentation
