Position: Events Service Manager (Banquet Service)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the banquet service team to ensure seamless execution of high profile events and social gatherings
- Coordinate with the sales and culinary departments to deliver personalized guest experiences
- Manage departmental finances including budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost control
- Implement and oversee strict service standards and hygiene protocols across all event venues
- Train and mentor associates to maintain Hyatt’s 5-star hospitality excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior banquet or events leadership role within a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage a large and diverse workforce
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strategic mindset with a focus on service excellence and financial performance
- Detail oriented approach to maintaining complex event logistics and infrastructure
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly regarded
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office suite
