Position: Sous Chef Italian

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations in the Italian kitchen section to ensure high quality production and taste
  • Lead and develop the Italian culinary team, focusing on performance management and training
  • Implement and oversee strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols in the Italian section
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to optimize Italian menu offerings and ingredient management
  • Ensure consistent quality and taste standards are upheld across all Italian dishes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior Italian culinary leadership role in a luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership presence with a strategic mindset and hands on culinary expertise
  • In depth knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine and techniques
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and professional grace under high pressure
  • Fluent in English for professional leadership and international reporting
  • Commitment to excellence and innovative culinary leadership
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is highly regarded
