Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a specific kitchen section to ensure all food production meets the highest standards
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards are met during all shifts
- Manage and mentor a team of junior chefs and commis within the assigned section
- Monitor food safety and hygiene protocols strictly according to HACCP regulations
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and ingredient management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and professional cooking techniques
- Highly motivated, good team player, and passionate about culinary excellence
- Fluency in English is an advantage for professional culinary coordination
- Commitment to consistent quality and innovative culinary presentation
- Relevant culinary degree or professional certification is highly regarded
