Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food production cycles to ensure efficiency and quality

- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, cost management, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a strategic mindset
- Exceptional understanding of kitchen operations and diverse culinary techniques
- Highly motivated, good team player, and passionate about culinary arts
- Fluency in English is an advantage for professional leadership and reporting
- Commitment to excellence and innovative culinary leadership
- Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is highly regarded
