Position: Sous Chef

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a strategic mindset
  • Exceptional understanding of kitchen operations and diverse culinary techniques
  • Highly motivated, good team player, and passionate about culinary arts
  • Fluency in English is an advantage for professional leadership and reporting
  • Commitment to excellence and innovative culinary leadership
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is highly regarded
