Position: Restaurant SPV/Food Service SPV
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shift operations in the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest service delivery
- Train and coach associates on Marriott service standards and upselling techniques
- Address guest feedback and resolve service issues with professional grace
- Monitor staff performance and maintain organized workstation areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a senior server or supervisor in an upscale F&B outlet
- Strong leadership presence with a hands on approach to service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence in guest facing roles
- Fluent in English for effective communication with international guests
- Service oriented mindset with strong attention to guest needs
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of beverage trends and service protocols is an advantage
