Position: Chef de Partie – Breakfast
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shift operations in the breakfast kitchen to ensure exceptional guest service
- Monitor and mentor a culinary team to deliver consistent high quality breakfast production
- Implement and oversee food safety and hygiene protocols strictly in the breakfast section
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless morning service delivery
- Ensure all breakfast dishes meet the highest standards of taste and presentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a senior cook or CDP in a high volume hotel breakfast kitchen
- Strong leadership presence with a hands on approach to service excellence
- Ability to manage a section and drive team performance under pressure
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliable and able to work flexible morning shifts effectively
- Culinary degree or certificate is preferred
