Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the daily operations of the resort’s signature restaurant to ensure service excellence.
  • Manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor restaurant financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Interact with guests to solicit feedback and resolve any service issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end or branded resort.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire a service-oriented team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining standards and food and beverage trends.
  • Analytical skills with experience in budgeting and inventory management.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on personalized guest service.
