Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily operations of the resort’s signature restaurant to ensure service excellence.
- Manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor restaurant financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Interact with guests to solicit feedback and resolve any service issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end or branded resort.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire a service-oriented team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining standards and food and beverage trends.
- Analytical skills with experience in budgeting and inventory management.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on personalized guest service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting the Tribute Portfolio brand.
