Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or resort
- Expertise in Western cuisine with a passion for culinary innovation
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
