Qualifications:

• Experience working in Chinese cuisine or Asian kitchen outlets preferred
• Solid understanding of food preparation, portion control and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
