Qualifications:
- Experience in kitchen operations or as commis/culinary support
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow recipes, prepare ingredients and assist senior cooks
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
