Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star hotel with extensive culinary operations.
- Pre-opening experience is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a creative and innovative approach.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large kitchen brigade.
- Expertise in menu engineering, cost control, and maintaining high food quality standards.
