Position: Chief Steward

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Steward in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership skills to manage the stewarding team.
• Expertise in managing kitchen cleaning operations, chemical handling, and sanitation.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory management of chinaware, glassware, and cutlery.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
