Position: Chef de Partie

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 (two) years experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxurious hotel environment.
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts, demonstrated through a diverse and impressive culinary portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments.
• Specialized in Seafood Cuisine.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene (HACCP) standards.
• This position is only available for Indonesian nationals.
