Position: Chef de Partie
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxurious hotel environment.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts, demonstrated through a diverse and impressive culinary portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments.
- Specialized in Seafood Cuisine.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene (HACCP) standards.
- This position is only available for Indonesian nationals.
