Position: Chef de Partie Main Kitchen
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods.
- Ability to manage a specific section of the kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
- Creative, passionate, and able to work effectively under pressure.
