Position: Chef de Partie Banquet
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume banquet or catering kitchen is essential.
- Strong skills in preparing and plating food for large events.

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage commis chefs.
- Solid understanding of food costing and portion control for banquets.
