Position: Head Chef – DOME

Qualifications:

• At least 10+ years of experience at a Chef de Cuisine, Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef level, at progressive restaurants, with a global outlook.
• Strong Culinary Expertise, including advanced Cooking Techniques, Kitchen Management, and Team Leadership.
• Proficient in Menu Planning, Recipe Development, and Food Safety Practices.
• Experience in modern cuisine, having spent time learning in some of the best kitchens, preferably 50 Best.
• Track record of earning culinary accolades of note.
