Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position within a high-capacity establishment.
  • Strong Culinary Expertise in Cooking Techniques and Kitchen Management.
  • Proven Team Leadership skills.
  • Experience in Menu Planning, Recipe Development, and Food Safety & Sanitation Practices.
  • Ability to monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes to meet high standards.
