Position: Demi Chef de Partie

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position within a high-capacity establishment.
• A Culinary Expertise strong in Food Preparation and Cooking Methods.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Standards.
• Experience in Menu Development, Recipe Creation, and Kitchen Equipment Operation.
• Excellent Time Management, Organizational Skills, and Inventory Management.
