Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) (Gading Serpong)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, saucier).
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
  • Supervise and train Commis Chefs working in the section.
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
  • Ensure the station is kept clean, organized, and stocked.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook.
  • Well-groomed with good communication skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • HACCP knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient in a specific kitchen section.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
