Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) (Gading Serpong)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, saucier).
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs working in the section.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
- Ensure the station is kept clean, organized, and stocked.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook.
- Well-groomed with good communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- HACCP knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in a specific kitchen section.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
