Position: Steward Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen hygiene role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order.
