Position: Steward Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen hygiene role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order.
