Position: Guest Relation Officer (Japanese Speaker)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a guest relations or front office position.
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
- Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to provide personalized service to Japanese guests.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
