Position: Guest Relation Officer (Japanese Speaker)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in a guest relations or front office position.
• Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
• Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Excellent guest experience skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to provide personalized service to Japanese guests.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Professional and welcoming demeanor.
