Position: Daily Worker – FB Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests in the F&B outlets.
- Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and handle billing accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the restaurant for service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
