Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead all culinary operations, including all restaurants, banquet, and in room dining.
• Develop innovative menus, ensuring high quality, creativity, and cost effectiveness.
• Manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee food purchasing, inventory control, and kitchen financial performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene (HACCP) standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 5 star international hotel.
• Strong culinary background with expertise in diverse cuisines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative and passionate about food and menu development.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and food cost control.
• Pre-opening or major renovation experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
