Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead all culinary operations, including all restaurants, banquet, and in room dining.
- Develop innovative menus, ensuring high quality, creativity, and cost effectiveness.
- Manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee food purchasing, inventory control, and kitchen financial performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene (HACCP) standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 5 star international hotel.
- Strong culinary background with expertise in diverse cuisines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative and passionate about food and menu development.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and food cost control.
- Pre-opening or major renovation experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
