Position: Chef De Partie – Banquet
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a specific station within the banquet kitchen.
- Prepare and execute high volume, high quality dishes for events, conferences, and weddings.
- Train and mentor Demi Chefs and Commis in the banquet team.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, specializing in banquet or high volume production.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of food cost control and kitchen hygiene.
- Formal culinary qualification is preferred.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
