Position: Chef De Partie – Banquet

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a specific station within the banquet kitchen.
• Prepare and execute high volume, high quality dishes for events, conferences, and weddings.
• Train and mentor Demi Chefs and Commis in the banquet team.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, specializing in banquet or high volume production.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of food cost control and kitchen hygiene.
• Formal culinary qualification is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
