Position: F & B Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage service operations, including restaurants, bar, and banquets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a 5star hotel.
- Strong leadership, financial, and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B trends, wine, and spirits.
- Customer centric approach with a focus on service excellence.
