Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of an F&B outlet (restaurant or bar).
- Train, mentor, and motivate F&B service staff.
- Ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior F&B Captain.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B operations, wine, and spirits.
- Guest focused with a positive attitude.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Passionate about delivering unparalleled hospitality.
