Position: Engineering Admin (25139685)
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Chief Engineer and the Engineering department.
- Manage and track all maintenance work orders using the CMMS system.
- Assist with the procurement of spare parts and supplies, and maintain inventory records.
- Prepare departmental reports, rosters, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance requests and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within a hotel Engineering or Maintenance department.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- A positive attitude and a proactive team player.
