Position: Engineering Admin (25139685)

Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative support to the Chief Engineer and the Engineering department.
• Manage and track all maintenance work orders using the CMMS system.
• Assist with the procurement of spare parts and supplies, and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare departmental reports, rosters, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with other departments for maintenance requests and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience, preferably within a hotel Engineering or Maintenance department.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• A positive attitude and a proactive team player.
