Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire engineering and maintenance department.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all resort facilities.
- Ensure the efficient operation of all plant, equipment, and building systems.
- Manage departmental budgets, energy conservation initiatives, and technical projects.
- Lead and train the engineering team, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
