Position: Chef de Partie Main Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific section of the Main Kitchen, ensuring high quality food preparation and presentation.
- Train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers in the section.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Manage inventory and stock control for the assigned section, minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu development and daily specials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Strong culinary skills and expertise in Indonesian and Western cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- In depth knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and cost control.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Formal culinary education is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
