Kimpton Suntaya Bali Ubud is a stunning new luxury resort preparing for its grand opening in the heart of Ubud, Bali. As a signature destination, we are introducing two world class Japanese dining experiences, Shaku (a contemporary Izakaya den) and Imamura Ubud (an Omakase journey). We are currently offering exceptional hotel jobs in Ubud for passionate hospitality professionals to join our pre opening team.

Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in Japanese (Izakaya/Omakase) or fine dining.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In depth knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control.
- Expertise in Japanese culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Commitment to high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety (HACCP).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a pre opening environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
