Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants and banquets.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage F&B staff and provide training and development.
- Monitor budget and control costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Equivalent Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Innovative and creativity in product.
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Have a good communication skill, high discipline, honest, responsible, friendly and always smile.
