Position: Demi Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of cold dishes and salads.
  • Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations.
  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a cold kitchen or garde manger role.
  • Basic culinary skills and knife handling.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Good work ethic and reliability.
